Richard Hughes 

Richard retired in late 2017 following a 30 year career in banking. For the last 25 years he worked in the City of London in real estate finance specialising in providing funding to clients in the not for profit social housing sector.

Richard has been a board member of a number of Housing Associations and joined the board of the Regulator Social Housing in 2018.

Richard has two grown up children and has lived in Buckinghamshire since the late 1980s.
